This Policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We aim to collect the minimum needed to run EntrySignal well.
1. Data we collect
Account data (email, name, locale, timezone) you provide. Usage data (windows opened, watchlists, alerts, preferences) to power and remember your workspace. Technical data (IP, device/browser, timestamps) for security and reliability. Billing data is handled by our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers.
2. How we use it
To provide and personalize the Service, save your workspace, deliver alerts and notifications you opt into, process payments, prevent abuse, comply with law, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
3. AI features
When you use the AI analyst, your message and the relevant live market context are sent to the configured AI provider to generate a response. Don’t paste sensitive personal data into the assistant.
4. Cookies & local storage
We use essential cookies/local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your workspace and preferences. We don’t use them for cross-site advertising.
5. Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us operate (hosting, payment processing, market-data and AI providers, messaging channels you connect), each under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms — or when required by law.
6. Retention & security
We keep data for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal/operational reasons, then delete or anonymize it. We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure.
7. Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data, and opt out of non-essential messages, by emailing support@entrysignal.net. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.
