These Terms govern your access to and use of EntrySignal (the “Service”) at entrysignal.net. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. What EntrySignal is
EntrySignal is an educational and advisory market-analysis platform for US and Saudi (Tadawul) equities. It surfaces buy-only signals, scans, charts, watchlists, earnings data and AI-assisted read-outs computed from market data. It is a research and decision-support tool — not a broker, exchange, custodian, or investment adviser, and it does not execute trades or hold funds.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping your password secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Plans, billing & trials
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our secure payment processor, which accepts Apple Pay and credit/debit cards. Prices and features are shown at checkout and may change with notice. Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically for the same period. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service: no scraping or redistributing data at scale, no reverse engineering, no sharing of a single account across many users, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access, and no use that violates applicable law or exchange/data-provider terms.
5. Market data & third parties
Market data, fundamentals, news and prices are provided by third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Some figures are marked “DEMO”. We do not guarantee the timeliness or accuracy of any data and are not liable for third-party outages or errors.
6. No financial advice
Nothing in the Service is personalized investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Signals, grades, entry/stop/target levels and AI read-outs are educational illustrations only. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. See our Risk Disclaimer.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, design, and content are owned by EntrySignal and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes during your subscription.
8. Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EntrySignal is not liable for any trading losses or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
9. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms or the Service; material changes will be notified. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time.
