Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with EntrySignal. This policy explains cancellations and refunds.
1. Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current paid period.
2. Refunds
Monthly plans are generally non-refundable once the period has started, since access is delivered immediately. For annual plans, contact us within 14 days of the initial purchase for a pro-rated or full refund at our discretion if the Service was not used materially.
3. Duplicate or failed charges
Accidental duplicate charges or billing errors are refunded in full. Contact us with the transaction details and we’ll resolve it promptly.
4. How to request
Email support@entrysignal.net from your account email with your reason and (if relevant) the transaction reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via our secure payment processor; timing depends on your bank.
5. Free tier
The free tier has no charge and therefore no refund. You can stop using it at any time.
